Women Empowerment

In any civilization, women’s empowerment is a defining feature. Society will progress faster if women are empowered and self-reliant. Using the same approach, Together We Heal Foundation assisted over 100 impoverished and neglected women in society.

When we share a common experience, problem, or worry with others, we practice self-help. Participation involves both receiving and providing assistance, learning to assist oneself, and sharing information and experiences. Underprivileged women can use self-help groups to empower themselves and build leadership skills. TWHF is assisting these groups.

Women marginalized by society who are given livelihood training by the Together We Heal Foundation. Their trauma, societal stigma, and discrimination are handled by counselling, allowing them to live a normal life. Among the various training programs offered by the Together We Heal Foundation to empower women include mattress manufacturing, beautician courses, leather bag making, embroidery, and stitching work, among others, with the aim of generating revenue for their survival and well-being. A sewing machine is also provided to each trainee after completion of the training course.
